Another spamming method

Seems that someone on our server discovered a new way to spam people.

Seems this is done by /ignore /unignore (or whatever it is) over and over.  But someone can obviously spam people by doing this.   Maybe limit /ignore and /unignore to twice per map, sort of like the setting for dropping objectives?

Yeah this is a long-term issue with ET.. Pretty sure it's a game function rather than the MOD so I'm not sure if it could be caught by silEnT but I hope so! It really is annoying.

Thanks for reporting. We will add restriction in the future version. For now, only solution is to add Lua that will catch the ignore command.

g_maxIgnoresPerMap added in 0.7.0. This server cvar is the maximum number of times one player can ignore another player during one map. Default value is 2.
