I want to modify a custom pk3 without changing its name.So the size and checksum will be different, but not the name. Subscriber JohnDory Posted May 16, 2013 Subscriber Share Posted May 16, 2013 If the file is the same name as the original one, replace the old with the new by deleting the old and put the new one in its place.I would rename the old on the redirect first then stop the server and do the same to the server.Once finished restart the server and it should pick up the new one, you can test this by renaming the old one on your local machine then join the server and make sure the new one downloads from the redirect correctly.If it downloads, job done.
