Nils Torvaldsâ€™ revelation was presented in an episode which started (at 3:06:58) by me pointing out to the Microsoft representative in the panel, that in a system like GNU/Linux, built on open source, you can examine the source code to see that there arenâ€™t any back doors. In Microsoftâ€™s systems, this possibility is absent, since the source code is secret to outsiders.
