Hive is making it a lot easier to smarten up your home heating this Black Friday

If you’re looking to smarten up your home this Black Friday, then Hive is having a sale on its various smart home products. 

Products such as the Active Heating, Active Plug and Active Light are all discounted by 20%, which should make it a lot cheaper to get your home’s lighting and heating automated, which has the potential to save you money in the long term if you use it to make your energy use more efficient. 

In his review, TechRadar’s own Marc Chacksfield said Hive “offers a great way to make your home smarter”.

Direct deals

These discounts are available from Hive if you buy direct from the Hive website, and results in products such as the Hive Active Heating Kit reducing in price from £249 to around £200, and the Hive Active Light reducing in price from £19 to around £15. 

This discounts will be available from from midnight tonight, and will be active until the Monday after Black Friday. 

Hive’s products are also Alexa-compatible, meaning you can use your Amazon Echo to turn your heating up or down, or your lights on and off.
