  1. Could of course include a max total of mines to prevent abuse.
  2. How about making the mine count an individual one for each engie, instead of a global number? AFAIK this is not done by any mods, but I could be wrong. This can be trying if a fellow engie places mines in the wrong places and leaves them there, effectively barring anyone else to mine anywhere else. This is especially irritating if the first battle area is mined (ie. goldrush before wall is blown) and the person who placed them doesn't go to remove them.
  3. Etnam mod has the option to stick a grenade to a person. You need to bind a key, select nade as weapon and then be in close proximity (next to) person to stick it to the player. The nade then times out and explodes. It's not a great gameplay addition, but it's very hard to place and very fun when actually done. I'm not sure I'm requesting it more than suggesting it. It wouldn't be something that is very useful, so I'm not sure it's worth the code? Etnam mod does have quite a few fun options and I see that you're not trying to copy it. Silent is by far the best server mod to manage, keep up the good work
  4. Yes, this was checked using showbans.
  5. g_identOptions is not set. It appears we figured it out though. The bans were added with console and it copied the PBguid from earlier bans. Set ingame the pbguid is correctly displayed as invalid.
  6. Thanks. Will look into this and reply. Great response
  7. Will this also apply when I use !userban <silentID>? I can have the setting checked.
  8. Ok just noticed something else odd. When I banned a fourth user (using !userban and silent ID) the pbguid of the first changed to the same as the last ban. PBGUIDS are not listed correctly in accordance with silent guid bans. Perhaps this should be moved to bugs?
  9. When reviewing our (short, only 3 bans) banlist, I realized that all bans are shown with the same PBGUID, but different Silent UID. Is there a standard PB guid awarded to users without etkey or some other known issue that might cause this? Or can I assume that they have all been playing with the same etkey? Thanks
  10. Hey silEnT mod devs and everyone else! I am currently helping out moderating a silent mod server. We have 24 slots and it's getting pretty popular I spend a lot of my ET time on 0.5.0, so I'm signing up to give some feedback and to follow the development. I don't have much experience with etwolf server side, but do I have past experience with Linux and I manage a few Debian servers. Previously I occasionally played on some F|A servers (mostly NQ, I think) and I'm very excited about silEnT. Good luck, keep up the good work. /fleshpulse
