On our server, we use these commands to play custom sounds, which serve as rewards for our members earning admin levels. We are currently at the limit and would love to be able to add a few more. I think there is presently a bug about the last few commands not being shown presently. How about actually having a hotkey to display the commands in a popup window - similar to how the standard ET chat sounds are done? I'd prefer not to have to remove some of our current commands to make room, but I guess it wouldn't be the end of the world.
