Some rumors indicate that the Windows 10 is actually the last operating system from Microsoft, but many people are skeptical about this information as they are eagerly waiting for the confirmation of Windows 11.

We are already in 0.9.0. We don't supply 0.8.0 and we don't give any support for anyone who is not running 0.9.0. You shouldn't be even seeking for that old buggy version. If there is some archiving reasons for seeking it, I don't remember what hapened with this particular version, but some version don't go public at all as they have been found critically buggy in the final testing on public servers. We have to increment the version number regardless, because the ET engine doesn't provide methods to cleanly reuse the pk3 names. I.e. the engine doesn't delete the old file of the same name, but rather adds a hash to the file name of the "overwriting" file.

ET 2.60d (OS X version) has a known issue with downloading mods. Maps and custom pk3s download and expand normally. Placing the silent pk3 is a requirement for playing with 2.60d, I don't know if ET Legacy for OS X has addressed that issue.

We have only tested with 10.10 OS X and using ET Legacy. It is possible that our binary is no longer compatible with so outdated OS X version. The good news is that OS X upgrades are free and ET Legacy works.

Purple please stop crying already. There are no game play changes or feature removals between 0.8.2 and 0.9.0. The menus were a huge problem. It is the most complained issue on all ET forums and for a reason. Even ET Legacy added a command to mitigate the problem and you did yourself a small script to mitigate this issue that shouldn't even exist. Only a very few most responsible admins didn't force altered offline menus. Some admins had only a button and some admins did something reasonably clean with a second menu. But many times after visiting a random server there were huge changes to the menus. Things that can't be given a blind eye. Most of them are only intended to trip the players. The worse ones even change the game behavior in various ways. You need to think about it from the player point of view. You have a server you like yourself and some others also, but most players don't like your server. Why should they have to see your crap when they are not playing on your server. Adding command to ET Legacy is a good thing, but it's only cleaning after the fact. It doesn't do anything to fix the problem.
 
We are ass fucking an admin who is ass fucking players. It really does start to sound like that is what we are doing. At least on your case. We should have done it years ago to be honest. One of my biggest regrets is that we didn't do anything to the menu problem when we first discussed about these modifications internally several versions ago. Most of the people are the players, not a server admin who seems to think all the players are zombies for his pleasure. You should start thinking about the players first.

Censor module has been fixed and available for download. Either download full package and upload only censor module or download server modules and upload the censor modules. 

Unfortunately this is a sad testament of the state of the ET community. It has been visible for a long time around here too. To make matters even worse, ET client game is one huge CVE with no realistic way to protect players. Only thing I can think of is if a project like ET Legacy client would start checking the binaries it loads to prevent proxying the mods, or at least giving the users an option to allow it case by case. However, I don't believe it will ever happen and there is the political element too, which is always present in the GPL projects.

New server builds have been uploaded. Please don't forget to upload new server binaries. Client pk3 remains unchanged so far.

Try below setting for 45 days. If you keep to long it will generate lot's of files under XPSave which isn't worth it. 
set g_XPSaveMaxAge 3888000Integer value is supported for that variable. Looks like while changing config you might have changed the value or it was set to wrong since beginning.

Well, I have banned few proxies on my servers. Just thought to share with other admins so they can also pre-ban cheaters, trouble makers, etc. Regular players don't use proxies so they wouldn't be banned on your servers.

Activision this week released a surprise bundle consisting of Prototype and Prototype 2 on Xbox One (and then PS4). Despite the company's claims that these versions offer improved frame rates, evidence suggests otherwise, at least on Xbox One.
 
Digital Foundry has examined the Xbox One versions of both games and found them generally lacking. Prototype is said to run at 30 frames per second, with occasional dips to the mid-20s. And while it runs at 1080p, it's not as if the game's visuals have been completely overhauled, making it unclear why it doesn't run at 60 FPS. The site calls it "passable in its remastered guise, if a somewhat barebones conversion."

Prototype 2, on the other hand, fares more poorly. DF says it's "among the worst performing games on Xbox One to date," with stutter during cutscenes and a framerate in the 20-25 FPS range while moving around the city. Comparing it with the Xbox 360 version, the frame rate in the Xbox One release is lower in multiple areas. The Xbox One version also has a good deal of screen tearing, something not present on PS3 while still running at a better frame rate.

 

At best, it looks as if the Xbox One version is fighting to offer an experience on par with that of the last-gen versions, just at a higher resolution--things like texture quality and draw distance haven't been improved.
 
It's possible the PS4 version handles things better, but that remains to be seen.
 
In light of this, it's perhaps not a surprise that the Prototype Biohazard Bundle, as it's called, was released so quietly. It's not as if you're getting much of a discount, either--it costs $50 on both Xbox and PS4, though Activision said that it plans to offer each game on its own starting on August 11.

So, when you use et.splatterladder.com to watch your server, you're on 'Server Status' page.
Now click on 'Mappool' page: all the maps played in last 7 days with various statistics columns.
And you know what ? I've asked longtime ago to SL to make columns-headers clikable to sort ascending/descending ... and they did it xD
 
So, you can browse all your maps, and sort them by :
Map name Average Time of a game Proportional Time (in %) Games number Last Seen in hours (disappear after 7 days without played)  
In database-modeling, these are called 'fine grained' informations

Tbh, its a small Clan as of now, containing only me!
But you have to start somewhere, right?
 
A lot of stuff enabled, double Jump, TJ/Trickplanting allowed!
To fill out some empty slots Bots are currently enabled.

I managed to makeshift my way to lua 5.0 compatibility, in a separate branch of LESM 2.7.5
 
Basically was able to get ingame and do commands with no errors now.
 
Haven't tested all the features, but I don't think I will run into anything too surprising now, possibily a few things that will not be fully functional.
 
But I am pretty excited for the future

Thanks for the update and keep us updated so that other admins don't face the similar issue and if we could fix something on our side before next release we will gladly fix it.

FA has nothing to do with the PPSh. It was added by me and silencer. I can assure you we have no disdain against medics. We also understand the game mechanics very well. Also, don't forget that only one person in the team has affiliation with the FA clan (hellreturn) so it is not possible that opinions of the FA clan admins can be overly presented in the development.
 
The spread and spread accumulation is exactly equal to other SMG weapons. So the same players would make "lucky" shots on you with any SMG weapon.

Fine about this part. You can have some other mental issue then. I have just recognized the one I stated from myself and reflected it to you and others who are upset about PPSh. Other things I mentioned were not opinions but facts.
 
Bottom line is the one who has better aim or awareness (starts shooting first) in the situation wins when PPSh is against other SMG weapons. This is based on the gun characteristics i.e. numbers. The weapon is practically irrelevant and I personally don't even notice it anymore if other players use it or not. The situations where it can make a difference is when one player is against many or if both have just terrible aim. This advantage comes from the larger clip size.
