Start the game normally, click on MODS and choose omnibot (or another 3rd party mod which supports Omni-Bot).

OR

Start the game with command line parameter +set fs_game omnibot.
It's recommended to create a shortcut if you use Windows.

After Wolfenstein:Enemy Territory starts up.

Click on : HOST GAME.
