Should be able to install own SSL

If someone can recommend me a good reliable host with decent support when needed...

With or with out WHMCS license both is ok.
Free IP, not required but if 1 or 2 is better.
Important:
Uptime should be 99.99% guaranteed ( Hardware and network both). Good company review. Bellow uptime should be refund a month.
Not over loaded server.
(Uptime is very important for me. I don't want any downtime and slow loaded server)
Good support
Daily/weekly backup and for any problem then restore any client site
Free migration. I have over 75 accounts. Need any company that migrate all accounts free for me.

I am helping a friend who currently has a cpanel reseller account with a provider and his is having issues with slowness, and the server that he is on shows high usage.

He is looking around for a new Reseller Account in the US.

He currently pays around $100 US a year for the following

- 25GB HDD

- 250GB Bandwidth

- cPanel Control Panel

- Unlimited Domains, Subdomains, MySQL Databases etc

- 1 Dedicated IP Address

- 40 Accounts

Also looking at some type of backup if a provider provides this service.

Hello all and Wish you and your folks a wish-fulfilling and prosperous New Year from India.

Hunting for best Web Hosting. As a non-member till now, I've learned a lot by browsing through the forums: No to EIG, lure of unlimited space, etc. So thanks to all. Didn't opt for any local hosting services because of unenthusiastic and poor response to queries. Good enough as most belonged to EIG, which I discovered here is least preferred. Would appreciate a second opinion of veterans and experienced members for the same old question. Currently, I need a hosting plan for a personal website, but may invest in a multiple websites hosting plan for websites of clients too, which hope is legit.
