1.Install the patches you would like to play on starting with the lowest first. eg 1.5 then 1.6 and then 1.7. 2.Download here. 3.Install the UK Patch Selector. 4.Click on the patch you want to play *also lets you play you COD4 Steam version without having the Steam application running. This may help with lower end users.
