Isn't it possible for Silent mod to report for what exactly the player is banned? If it isn't yet, is it a feature worth considering?

It was from someone i know, he said something about nexuz_m0wl.pk3 ? Anyone familiar with it?

Can Silent AC have false positives? Or are the bans 100% guaranteed correct?
