Trinitrako Posted September 3 Share Posted September 3 I'm looking for a reseller with the following: Knowledgeable staff Quick support Stable history (I dont want my sites to disappear overnight with the business) Ability to resell Wordpress sites without taking the server down in the process Atleast 50GB of space Atleast 500GB of bandwidth CloudFlare or the ability to have the addon added to my cpanel SpamExperts or the ability to have the addon added to my cpanel WHMCS Included RVSiteBuilder for my clients Softaculous or Fantastico R1soft backups or equivalent Private Nameservers Ability to grab VPS's at a discounted rate (pref not required) Attracta SEO (pref not required) SSH access (pref not required) I currently have only 2 sites to host and am just starting up. I've run into some issues with my current hosting company, mainly support timeliness and some features being advertised that are no longer available for some reason. So I'd like to find someone with a knowledgeable support staff (I don't feel comfortable when I know more than the people in charge). And, honest sales people. On the occasions I've got in touch my enquiry was dealt with and resolved in around 20/30 minutes via email. By any standard of service, this is great value. Give them a try.
