Anyone found kitchen cabinet handles that don’t loosen over time?

I have been dealing with this annoying issue in my kitchen where the cabinet handles keep getting a bit loose after a few months. Not falling off or anything, just that slight wiggle that gets on your nerves every time you open a drawer.

I recently tried a set of kitchen cabinet handles from Anwer Hardware. Picked them mostly because they felt solid when I checked them in person. The weight was decent, not those super light hollow ones. Installed them myself, took longer than expected but that’s probably on me.

So far they’ve been holding up okay. No major complaints, though one handle did need a slight retightening after a couple weeks. Could be how I installed it, not sure.

Design-wise they’re pretty simple, which worked for my cabinets. I didn’t want anything too flashy anyway. Only small thing is I wish there were a few more finish options, felt a bit limited.

Do you guys usually go for heavier handles or does it not really matter in the long run?
