I’ve been trying to get some Lenovo laptops and desktops for a small setup in Dubai, and it’s honestly been a bit of a hassle. I ended up going with Tech Distributor since they seemed to have most of what I needed in stock. At first, I wasn’t totally sure about them, but the platform actually had the models listed I was looking for.

Placing the order was okay, though I had to double-check a couple of specs over the phone because the website wasn’t super clear. Delivery came in a few days, which was nice, but one of the laptops had a tiny scratch on the corner. Customer service handled it, though responses were a bit slow.

Prices were fair, not the cheapest around, so if you’re trying to save a few bucks, maybe compare with a smaller distributor. Still, having a distributor that generally keeps Lenovo stock ready is convenient, especially when you don’t want to wait weeks for backorders.

Overall, it worked out fine, even if it wasn’t completely hassle-free.
