I removed the ethd file.

I enabled pb, and the streaming.

First it looked like it was without a pb kick.

I left after 10 min

A clanmember of mine played on and he got kicked after 5 min.

So i reconnect and got a kick to.

Afterwards we get kicked after 2-3 min.

All files are standard in etmain.

There are some modified clan files in the server.cfg map, but those also run on my other 3 servers without pb problems.

Maybe it has someting to do with the streaming settings or the md5tool?

Ok for now i have a solution. I disaible Pb on that server.

Pbbans advice you to make a trouble ticket at evenbalance.

I have no idea what sort of setting they mean.

But, i also read its a Pup kick, and about the macro's.

When it is a macro kick i have big troubles with it, i have 5 keybords and mouses, they all support macros..

I don't have a non macro key or mouse, to test it.

And i can ensure you al my pb files are the same on the 4 servers i run, stock settings files from PBbans MCi.

And in my 2 Jaymod and 1 NQ servers we don't get these kicks.

Edit, not all is stock, but on the silent server they are.

In jaymod i restricked some bob settings. But that has nothing to do with it.

But i can ensure you all 4 servers i run have the same pb version on it.

Only the Silent server kicks for this.

Thanks to Hellreturn our test server is up and running hte SilentMod.

But, when we played there this afternoon with 3 clanmembers we all got a Punkbuster kick.

Disallowed prgram driver (120152)

We only have this kick on the SilentMod server.

When we play on our Jaymod or Nq server we don't have this kick.

First i wanted it to report it in the PBbans forum, but we think its related to this mod.

Anny ideas?

I must ask Clanhost for permission first, i will come back to this.

The omnibot and omni-bot folders are in the same folder where the main server maps are, et, where is also the maps, etmain - silent- pb.

So in the same way it was installed as in Jaymod and in NQ.

I want to insert a image, but i cant fint how to insert one from my pc, all i see insert for a web url.

We will hopefully soon release the 0.2.0 to public. The versions we are having on my server all aim to that version. I will write a step by step manual what steps must be done to upgrade the server to that version.

Well i hope thats ist easy to do this, otherwise i go back to old buggy Jaymod.

In: etmain/default.cfg

I try to change the amount of landmins with:

set g_maxTeamLandmines 30

Saved the file, and uploaded it to the server, made a server restart, when i go on the server i see maxmines 10???

I downloaded and uploaded the omnibot 8.0 linux.

But i can't get them working.

I changed in:

etmain/server.cfg - set omnibot_enable 1

I restarted the server, but no bots.

When i type in HLSW:

bot maxbots 2

I get:

^1Omni-bot not loaded.

Anny idea what is wrong?

There was a problem with the: ETDED file

Server is online now with the silentmod

2. I also see that the ET version is different than i run: 2.55, i run :Et 2.60B

Because in Splatterladder search list i only see 1 server with this mod.

But: your download contain the silent 0.1.4,

the server in splatterladder say: 0.1.5

So why do you offer a different version than you run yourselfs?

My Jaymod and NQ servers have this same setup, and work.

I gave my provider the weburl from this forum, so hopefully they read this to.

Cos i don't have much experiance with all of this.

It still cannot find the liblua5.1.so file. Try setting the LD_LIBRARY_PATH in the users local environment variables just before executing the etded command.

 

May I ask in which folder the liblua5.1.so has been placed and what is the actual command to start the ET server.
