Add warnings to guids:
When an admin uses !warn, the warning is added to the offenders guid so; that if an admin was to !finger them, the admin could see the offenders 'history'.

The warns are bound to player guids already.
I'm not sure how the finger command behave at this instant, but I'll check.

Normally, I do:
!dewarn slot no
It will then show me his warn info's and then if I wanted to remove his warnings, I do:
!dewarn slot 1 which removes his warning.
Nice idea, to show in !finger.
