Stamina Charge Bar Problem

My bar for sprint and jumping is never Green and ALWAYS empty. I've asked for help from others who run Silent Mod and no one could help me.

That only disappeared after I updated my server to 0.5.3

There is no 0.5.3 version.

 

EDIT:

Make sure you have matching client and server versions. When you update, delete old silent pk3 files.

Yes my bad I meant 0.5.2 and all old files are deleted as well. So it has nothing to do with my cfg?

Does it stay empty even when you disconnect and connect back?

It's always empty and it is empty for everyone!

 

I've asked people that play on my server and they all said that it's always empty

Wow it says 0.5.0 But I just downloaded the file from your forums here and in the folder it also says 0.5.2

 

I have noticed though that when you download SIlent Mod here it gives me 2 options but the file size is both 6.03 Mb

 

Well thats a bummer cuz all my guests now downloaded 0.5.2 so unless i rename it they will all still have the bug

You must have mangled with your files At least it looks like so.

Just to remind you, don't modify original pk3 files, instead place additional pk3 files on your server.

 

Please post your server IP so I could connect there and check on my own what is downloaded by the client.

Please post the output of the "/silent_version" here so we know which version of server and client you have.

From what you've posted I can't tell whether it's client or server that is 0.5.0.

Yes, your server is shown as 0.5.0 by splatterladder.com, but did you try the default value of g_staminaRecharge ? You use 1.5 and default is 1.0, maybe you just hit a bug ?

I tried 2.0 and other values. It's ever since I updated. I think the file I downloaded here might be corrupt since there are 2 for download.

The date in the client is based on the modbuild string which can give false results depending on how you connect. To be sure, you need to already have the client pk3 and do a direct connect to the server.

Nevertheless, it is clear that the server binary is not changed to 0.5.2.

I did exactly that, I have 0.5.2 pk3 which gets downloaded from that server and I connect through "et +connect IP" directly.

Tried couple of times, the same results. Even deleted the .so files from the ~/etwolf/silent directory to be sure they are the right ones. They were extracted from the pk3 upon connecting.

But the client pk3 file is exactly the same as the one downloaded from our site. Looks I am still missing something.

Then the value in the /silent_version is correct. The problem is that the server binary is not replaced with the 0.5.2 binary.
