Tosa_Inu Posted August 9, 2011 Share Posted August 9, 2011 (edited) Some weeks ago Codemasters was hacked and many cd keys where stolen.I was one of who's cd key was stolen.Lucky for me Codemasters have a good custumers support, see below how they solve it. Dear codemasters, I bought "Operation Flashpoint: Red River".When i connect to the game, windows live opens a screen, and i had to put in my cd key, but???It says my cd is already in use?Is this because of the the hack you guys had?How do i get my game running now?Can i get a new cd key from you?If you want i can make a picture of the cd, and the key printed on the booklet. Tosa_Inu Posted August 9, 2011 Author Share Posted August 9, 2011 I bought it in a shop some 7 weeks ago.I could not play the game on my old pc, cos the the cd was not loaded in win xp, 32 bit.So i waited untill my new game pc was ready. But i realy think Codemasters stink, in how they handle it.They want us to buy 40,- or 55,- Euro games from them, but frankly they don't care if we can play it or not.I can't play my bought game cos they where hacked, so in my eyes its not my fault the cd key is broken.I am not going to buy any Codemasters games any more. Management gaoesa Posted August 9, 2011 Management Share Posted August 9, 2011 Go to the shop you purchased the game and complain there is something wrong because it doesn't allow installing it. Then they would be required to substitute it to a working product or to an equivalent. At least I think it would work that way around here. Not sure about it though.
