no LUA running on our server. we've got punkbuster working on the server, that is what is doing the kicking, with the setting pb_sv_cvar rate in 10000 25000 All our players have the rate set to 25000, but since 0.9.0 our rates are being changed to any thing above 30000, usually 3100 or 37000. It does not seem to matter where players are we all get the same changed rate and then kicked by PB because of it. I'm in the UK, one is in Sweden and one on the west coast of the USA. As I said distance from the server does not matter as our pings are between 20, 50 and 110 for the three countries. we also have used forcecvar rate 25000 in our default config for years. I've left the test server running in case you want to join and have a look. 213.175.209.209:28060 Also the version is showing as 0.8.2 still.

We have found that it changes the rate to anything it fancies and kicks people for having the wrong setting, so no one can get one.

mines the 32 bit version, but, it still works.

I've just tried to join your server and your using an old version of silent and it is not on your redirect. Check your omnibot path and check that omnibot is enabled in your config, as in the silent wiki near the bottom.

I use minimizor 2.0 on x64 windows 10 and et v2.60b with no trouble, you have to run it as admin.

The bots worked fine for me after I turned the trip mines off

to get it to work turn off the trip mines set g_enableTMines 0 then run the map. no idea why it does it, they are still looking on the omnibot forum

the last attempt to run it crashed but it left nothing in the server or omnibot log as to why it crashed.

one of our bot men is looking in to it, not sure what's wrong though as it works running et as ominbot and etmain, it just seems not to like silent at the moment.

mine runs fine without bots on, must be a conflict with them. thanks for looking, I'll ask the bot people about it.

it looks like it could be, good spot but it on ours it effects medics and engineers as well.

For the last couple of weeks we have found that when you start playing on either side even with 4 stars for shooting, you only start with 1 pistol not 2. Once you have realised and gone to the limbo menu to select it, you have two again after re-spawning. the only problem is if you switch class it can happen again, it also happens if you swap teams. Any one else seen this happen ? ET v2.60b and silent v0.8.2 and omnibot Version : 0.84.2000

you could try g_defaultHitSounds "1" which defaults silEnT hitsounds and see if they work. whether there is an issue or not I'm not sure ? if there are no errors in console that would tend to show there are no errors

are there any errors in the console when the hit sounds should be heard ? have you tried any other hit sounds ?

try checking you g_hitsounds and g_defaultHitSounds and make sure they are set as you want.

is it just you or everyone on your server ?

it sounds like your sounds have become corrupted, do you have a separate sound pack with them in ?

the girls who play on our servers are happy the way things are.

if you add a .pk3 file you should also put a copy of it on your redirect if you have one.

g_shoveNoZ turns up and down on and off but there's no option to set the amount force of up and down separately to forwards.
