Play 10-15 s and crash

Hello. I have problem with silent. When I play on my server I get always crash. I play only 10-15s. Maybe I have crash because I have installed ET 3.00 on my server ? Only I have crash on 2.55 on 2.60b I play without crash

 

On screen you can see crash, but without any informations I don't know why.

It didn't come clear to me, do you use some modification on the client side too? 10-15 second mark is a weird moment for the client to crash in the mod and it does look like that the crash happens outside of the silent code because of the empty information.
