Bluemax
I have a Homenet server (Centos 32bit) which I use to test and play on. I like to play different maps at times so it is nice to have running. I am trying to get et300 (trackbase) to work and it will not start. I set permissions to 775 and tried 777 and no luck. file is sitting next to etded in root of "WET" directory. I deleted etded and et (the originals) after it would not start and that did not help. Startups I have tried are et300 +set dedicated 2 +set fs_game jaymod +set fs_homepath /usr/local/games/enemy-territory/ +exec jay.cfg and et300.x86 +set dedicated 2 +set fs_game jaymod +set fs_homepath /usr/local/games/enemy-territory/ +exec jay.cfg I googled et300 and ver few articles to give me clues. Anyone have any clues for me to chase and test?
Bluemax
other things I have tried is also starting Silent with it and same errors and also re downloading et300 file by itself setting permissions and same error occurs. Here is link to Trackbase. http://filebase.trackbase.net/et/server/et300_README.txt
Management hellreturn Posted April 24, 2015 Management Share Posted April 24, 2015 Do chmod +x et300.x86 Then ./et300.x86 +net_ip etc etc command line.
Bluemax
That is interesting..I added the ./ root line to my string and it said file not found. I then moved et300 to /root folder and WET started loading the maps...etc,but would not load enhmod . I'm getting closer though. At least it tried to start this time. I can usually run any mod with no problems so far. Except this day I decided to run et300...lol I can not do +net_ip since I am dynamic here at home.I mean I could but would be a pain to change every time my ip switched around. Blu +net_ip will accept localhost/ipv4 parameters regardless if your hosting online or locally.

Blu That +net_ip was just an example on how to add more parameter to command line. You can use dynamic dns in your router if that is supported. http://www.amazon.com/RT-N66U-Dual-Band-Wireless-N900-Gigabit-Router/dp/B006QB1RPY/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1429979942&sr=1-1&keywords=asus+router Mostly now a days all router support free dynamic dns. I am money saver guy so I got above in refurb for 60 bucks. Best router so far. Just suggesting in case if you are looking for one. Back to topic: When you say it doesn't load enhance mod then probably you are not adding correct homepath and basepath. Does it loads up the mod fine?
