My server has multiple userxdb files so don't think it is that.
The XP settings would not affect levels to my knowledge.
Just reread your post and my database file permissions are set to radfw(0664) might be worth a look.
I think that this info might not get saved to the database until the end of the map so if things change halfway through then all info is lost. I sure I read this somewhere. I will see if I can find it.

That is indeed intializing etmain. Finding the silent-0.6.3.pk3 is also missing from the log. That should be just above the line /usr/local/games/enemy-territory/silent
The log should say this.
The server silent folder must have both qagame.mp.i386.so and silent-0.6.3.pk3 for the mod to load.

To install:
You need to unzip the file and extract the spec.lua file
Upload this file into the silent folder on server (/serverip/silent)
In server.cfg cvar: lua_modules "spec.lua"
In shrubbot.cfg add the shrubbot command information from inside Readme.txt

Hi,
It would be good to have a way to define an objective (like the big gun on railgun, or north and south gun on oasis, fuel dump) and then make it so the offensive team cannot plant dyno there or get there until a certain time has passed.
Enhmod does something like this but i think they either fling the player or remove their pliers when they come in proximity of obj.
I think having some sort of anti-rush capability would be good in silent mod especially considering most servers want to limit rushing in some form or another and you may not always have admins present on the game server so this would be a way to automate this.

You should really ask to your provider, a full FTP access ! If they are not familiar with their job (!) it will be hard to tune your server !!!

Yes, any .pk3 files you put in your silent folder will be required by the clients. They will have to manually clean up their own folders, you cannot have the server instruct the client to delete a file. This would be bad.
So if you change your sound pak every week, a client will need to re-download it. My clan does a versioning system on the file so that there aren't any problems with duplicate file names or anything like that. But this would result in you "polluting" your clients folders with a bunch of pk3s that they don't need. This shouldn't affect them from server to server, but can create an unpredicatable configuration when hosting a local server. Some servers will even modify the loading screens and default ET menus. And this is how modding is done in general - ANY file that is in the pak0.pk3 file or silent pk3 file can be overwritten by your own files, provided they are named the same and in the exact same directory inside your own pk3 file. So if you wanted custom skins or to modify the weapon sounds, you can do this easily in your own pk3 file and put it in your silent folder.

That scenario can be handled by maxbots command and also editing the omni bot scripts so that after a certain threshold, the rest of the bots get removed. I mean specifically allowing more bots to play when the server is emptier but reducing the maxbots value based on the amount of players on the server. -

yes deleting/re-uploading is boring, but just change the extension, for the server will not load them:
example venice.pk3 => venice.pkNO
