I haven't got ETL installed but I can lend you our test server with a separate omnibot directory for a couple of days if that helps ?

I thought they already could? 
on some maps it's the only way to get into some places, otherwise all you would do as a covert op is snipe and no swapping clothes.

haven't seen it for quite awhile but when we did it was to do with the redirect and peoples connection to it, also people got stuck downloading from the server.
we've got nq and silent on our servers at the moment but it happened on both in the past, working fine now.

yes, you've not got your paths set correctly.
when your in game and you do
!help in console do you get any response ? if not you need to check the paths to silent directory, shrubbot commands and xpsave can have the same problems.

in your start up line you need
+set fs_homepath "silent" your xp save files are in the database directory, in our case this is in our et install directory server/silent/database and is set in your silent.cfg file
// Shrubbot and Database set g_dbDirectory "database" once you get the shrubbot working your xpsave will work as they use the same directory.
for doing rcon commands we find it easier to use rcon unlimited
when you do a command in that you should a result strasight away, to check another way check in the console, the server log will show where its trying to save the xp to or will show an error saving it.

this is mine, try it and see if it works, if it does edit it to suit your needs.

sorry I don't know what else to suggest other than a re-install and check everything is working before you re-install the bots and then see how you get on.

If he is staying with the same ISP and there is no one else using the same one you can use !subnetban  to keep him away

as I see it 1.0 is normal stamina recharge rate, below this it is slower and the lower the number the slower it is with 0.0 being no recharge, above 1.0 recharges faster than normal and increasing this number makes the recharge faster.

For the last couple of weeks we have found that when you start playing on either side even with 4 stars for shooting, you only start with 1 pistol not

Once you have realised and gone to the limbo menu to select it, you have two again after re-spawning.
the only problem is if you switch class it can happen again, it also happens if you swap teams.
Any one else seen this happen ?

the girls who play on our servers are happy the way things are.

we don't use LUA either.
our stats are done with VSP it may be old but it works so far.

The first place to look is here and come back if you have any problems.
But your question ?  both.

That is the point of this, it is not a command to use in game, once they have been on a server with silent running on it they have the silent directory on their computer, only then can you make any alterations to the run line in the game icon used for starting the game.
 
If you use this and normally play nq or etpro this start up is not for you.
 
Cheating ? it is to do with which mod you play, on our main server it is silent with this startup when the game runs it loads silent mod and in this we have altered the in game main menu to add a servers option that displays all our servers and you just click to join the one you want. If you wanted to do that you would have to alter the in game menu to suit your servers.
What could be easier for someone who doesn't know the game, we have people who do not and wont learn how to do stuff with their PC's they just want to shot, the easier we can make to join our servers the better.

I'm sorry it used to happen to ours years ago but I cant remember how it was fixed.
It sounds like the server is doing something before the map starts. Have you tried deleting the server logs ? so they are not very big to load / read and having no skins or anything running, just basic server with silent on it.
Are you running punkbuster still ?

If it is one of the maps the only thing you can do is go through them one at a time adding them until you get the problem and then not use it or try to get it fixed.

you have not got the command to reset the spree record in yours, so it wont.
have you got vstr d1 as the last line on yours ?

when it does that it cannot find either the campaign file to run but mostly it cannot find the next map on the server.

may be some sort of ettv port ?

You could just remove the goat sound so it couldn't find it to play but a cvar option to turn it on and off is by far the best solution.

The hit sounds have to be in a .pk3 file which contains the directory
sound\hitsounds and named the same as the ones you want to replace or that's how ours work.
 
z_hh_silent_sound1.pk3\sound\hitsounds\head.wav

in the console just do a
/bot version or some sort of rcon utility such as rconunlimited leave off the /
bot version and you should get

I am guessing that your server runs fine without omnibot ?
the easiest way to get it running is get your server running without it, install omnibot into its own directory, mines is omnibotv082
make sure the server still runs, then add the omnibot stuff near the bottom of your silent config, again mine is

the easy way to tell if its working if there are no bots on is to do a
bot version in the console or something like rcon unlimited and you should get
