  1. I've seen this lots on Jaymod but never in silEnT.. I guess it's a console exploit rather than a MOD bug.. But maybe the silEnT team can prevent any 'says' from being printed if the client is in connecting status.
  2. This gets my +1 Would be a good feature! Could probably be done with LUA or something but why not have it built in
  3. I can understand why you'd want this but IMO it would simply stop a lot of people from playing field ops.. Field ops get hastled enough for ammo, and self-feeding ammo is one of the only perks to the class (other than air strikes, which on some maps simply cannot be used)..

  5. Yeah this is a long-term issue with ET.. Pretty sure it's a game function rather than the MOD so I'm not sure if it could be caught by silEnT but I hope so! It really is annoying.

  7. And if you're referring to the high flag count, the previous flag was 8192 ("Ammo"/"No ammo" icon is shown for dropped weapons), double it, and voilla No April Fools
  8. Big +1 for fixing this! I didnt know about it to be honest but now that I do I really want it removed - this sort of 'bug' provides a majorly unfair advantage, and is essentially cheating..

  12. I believe theres an LUA script for balancing real players but I could be wrong.. And Im on my phone right now so cant check :-P Have a search around for it if the above mentioned omni setting is no good. Chuck
  13. I was sure you could already do this? Perhaps setting minMapAge to 0? I am almost certain I have seen maps permanently influded in the vote list even after just playing the same map..

    I also noticed the delay in crosshair player displays since 0.6.0 (but cant say I noticed the +scores lag) - with playernames, they take a short moment to display (whereas before it was instant) and additionally, the health bar is very slow.. Showing people on very low health but then a few seconds later they're full health (no meds).
  16. +1 JvlasterMind.. Dropping the least used aliases is (I believe) how punkbuster did it, for the same reasons you're pointing out.. So that you cannot hide your 'true' identity.
  17. Yeah, we use flag 2 and we want it kept this way.. But it would be good to be able to click something to avoid dropping every x minutes or so.. Because people know we use that setting and are abusing it to avoid drops, meaning they unfairly get to sit in spec AFK while others cannot connect due to the server being full..
  18. Since people worked out that by spectating someone they can avoid being dropped, many people abuse it.. My suggestion is to simply add a popup dialogue (BELOW CROSSHAIR in case they are checking for cheats) saying to click OK to avoid being dropped for inactivity, every 5 minutes or so.. I hope it is possible! Thank you

  20. I've never experienced this personally but if I may, I have some input / suggestion.. Red+Blue is a bad choice really 'cause of R and B teams.. I'd probably go for pale green (like the chat area), and blank (as it is is).. That would be distinguished enough IMO.
